I don't. With the exception of global warming, I don't think that there's been any significant change in natural disasters over the years. What's changed is the reporting of them. People hear about more disasters, so they think that there must be more of them occuring. Nope - there's just more reporting of them. And since bad news sells better than good news, it's to the media's benefit to make each one sound horrendous, terrible, and more destructive than ever.
So where 50 years or even 30 years ago we might have heard a report that a major typhoon is menacing the southeast coast of China, now we'll have live reports on the evening news, on the weather channel, on the radio, the internet, and in the paper, along with reports from survivors, pictures of damage, and estimates of total damage done. It's just better news coverage, is all.

I do. In 2012. If you put the clues together, like how all the event dates end on 2012, or how the global warming is affecting us. Or when the north and south pole shift. The plates will slide casing other plates to slide, causing other plates to slide, and so forth. plus they say theres gonna be a tsunami marathon. I think it might be a 50/50 chance of this, but its scary if you get the facts. Ive read them and i cant sleep as well.

Honestly, I live each day as though it was my last, so it just isn't even a concern. I try to live a good, decent life each and every day. What happens in the future is not my worry, or concern?? As far as this question attracting evangelicals....maybe it will, and the reason why is because as Christians we are not "obsessed" about the world ending, we believe in the bible and the promise.

No one knows when the world will end, You just have to go to Church and live ever day like its our last, thats the only thing you can do. no one knows when it will end except the man up stairs. Just Pray and have faith.
