hello bb ,i got on but some how still got key board trouble ,thanks anyway

On many foreign keyboards the @ is above the comma and the " symbol above the 2,although they are not marked that way.If you want the @ symbol try hitting the " above the number 2.

Either clean the keyboard or get a new one.

check the settings for the keyboard are for the country you are in

It is probably set up for USA rather than UK change the settings to UK keyboard layout
