When someone wears to much makeup there is the obvious line of demarkation that the makeup is to dark and than it melts off and it looks like you are a caked on wannabe barbie doll.And it makes you uglier than you naturally are.

I don't think you can put a set limit on it, it's just something you can tell. If you're wearing so much makeup that there isn't a single spot on your face that isn't covered, that's probably too much. If you're reapplying your makeup every hour, that's probably too much. If your face looks plastic, that's probably too much. If you look better without any makeup than you do with the amount you usually wear, that's too much.

When no one wants to kiss you on your face! Properly worn makeup shouldn't look like makeup at all!!! It is just to enhance the beauty which is already there.

when its like CAKED on, usually from you put too much of something that it makes it greasy then try and fix it with a powder that makes it dry then the greasy **** to dry **** etc.
its just a cycle..also wen ur skin goes orange

when they have that line down the side of their face. you know what i am talking about? from foundation being a lot darker than there skin color. or when they have those clump eye lashes from mascara.
