AKAMARU only becomes a Two Headed Dog whilst the "Man Beast Combination Transformation: Double-Headed Wolf" Jutsu is used. otherwize, AKAMARU stays in this form: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Akamaru.jpg

AKAMARU is Kiba Inuzuka's pet dog, and also used for Kiba's ninja techniques.
