When I wear an apron it is to protect my clothing. Generally I do not have the time to change prior to searving dinner therefore I do not want my clothes a mess.

I don't often wear aprons, but when I do, it's usually to protect my clothing. However, there are times when they come in handy, particularly the ones with pockets. I can keep bulkier stuff in those pockets and keep them handy when I'm doing something where I frequently reach for the bulkier items to use. Think along the lines of a tool belt, but not quite.

For me its more of a protection than show off. It is also safe. Polyester material dresses are not recommended in kitchen. So I use cotton apron over them. It also saves money to be spent on laundry or drywash cleaners.

I wear an apron for practical reasons & since its made of denim I don't wear it for show. I get sloppy in the kitchen & wouldn't dream of wearing it once I'm done cooking.
