John Boy and Billy BBQ Sauce. I heard its the best! The way to get more flavor from seal is to pit bbq it, but that might take longer. Worth it though. Dont forget to marinate it!
Here is a delicious recipe you should try! YUM!
INGREDIENTS
1 Medium sized baby SEAL
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 lime, juiced
1/2 cup hickory wood chips, soaked
DIRECTIONS
Place SEAL and olive oil in a large resealable plastic bag. Seal, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Preheat the grill for medium heat. When coals are very hot, scatter a handful of hickory or mesquite wood chips over them for flavor.
Lightly oil grill grate. Season SEAL with salt and pepper, and cook on the preheated grill approximately 2 hours, turning once. Transfer to a serving platter, and drizzle with freshly squeezed lime juice. Serve immediately.
(This is not a real recipe. Not recomended for human consumption.)

I don't use BBQ sauce with seal.
I recommend seaweed pesto and a whale blubber glaze.
