I bought mine for 125 US dollars 6 month ago when the Ipod nano was 200 US dollars.
it does not have a radio or anything, but the user interface is very good, the sound is very good, the battery lasts 14 hours, etc ...
Otherwise, an Apple product is in general not discounted, so ...

I worked for a dealer that had a limited Apple dealership. Apple pretty much regulates their pricing, so brand new Apple anything is going to be the same price most anywhere. That's not to say you can't find a slightly better deal somewhere sometimes, but you probably have to dig and it probably won't be much savings. From what I saw their margins were non-existent

if u looking for a new 1 than on ebay and sometimes on amazon. if u looking for a used 1 than apple has it online. and they give u 1 year warrenty

If you want electronic product at cheaper price try to search who sale open box. you may get 10% - 40 % discount with new warranty. i had good experience with www.tech4less.com. even you can compare market price with certified sellers on www.nextag.com.. one more source for good deal is www.newegg.com ..
