The answers here are going to be purely biased, because it's all about their opinions. You need to scout the broadband scene in your area and compare speeds, prices, caps, thier EULA, and so on, so fourth.....

For example. I believe that Verizon Fios is the best broadband ISP because they offer fios internet at DSL prices.

If you don't have verizon, then my information probably won't help you out any. Every area is different, and the only way to know what ISP is the best is to try them out.

My Tesco broadband is very reliable and I have had it since they started.

I suppose every little helps?

I'm with Be, I get 12MB download speed for £20 a month, unlimited bandwidth, never had a problem
