no i like to use my special parmesan cheese breading and pan fry them. the coating is so good you don't need any sauce.

I have always had a preference for a SALTY-flair added to my foods. - Yes, I know that this is not *the healthiest* form of diet, but I reason that since most of the Atlantic Norsemen normally eat salt as a staple, I should try my best in aim to become another Centurian.....beginning with my diet. I know that my Grandmother has succeeded at that.
I normally *prefer* a RED meat as a b-b-q meat. PORK has never really "matched" my food preference because of all that oil in it.
