Picture Day! Everybody makes a collage with two or three pictures. Post them around the lunch room, and if you can buy them lunch. A different person gets to pick the type of food every week, bi-week, month, etc. Good luck! P.S. potlucks don't work because if someone is not liked, no one will eat her food (creates more tension).

I used to watch for a day when folks seemed to need a lift. I'd run out and buy ice cream for all. That was 15 years ago, but now and again a former employee reminds me.
After completion of a particularly difficult task, or accomplishment of something great, lunch or dinner on the company. People like pleasant surprises.

Well, it is December.. How 'bout Christmas Day? People come to work wearing something festive? How 'bout Pizza Day every once in a while? Or any other type of food, you can choose a healthier option if you'd like... Or just have a Pot Luck Day...

crazy hair day, hat day (pay $1 to wear a hat, to donate to a charity), sports day, inside out day, missmatch day, etc.

bring/wear a wig day... cookie-exchage day (bring fave cookie recipe and exchange).. have a monthly or every other week snack pot luck...just cookies or pastries...
