I want to name my daughter Ciara my husband like Destiny

Why not combine them: Ciara Destiny or Destiny Ciara?

I absolutely love Ciara-- it's on my list of girl names. Destiny's nice too but I like Ciara better. You could always use both-- for first and middle name:)

I like Destiny better. If you named your daughter Ciara, that would be like she is molded to be like Ciara. I have a friend named Layla. And she hates it that people start breaking out in song when they find out her name. Don't do something like that to your child. IT's bad karma. Destiny (even though you probably got it from Destiny's Child), isn't so obvious.

No on Destiny and Ciara, sounds like the mountain range.
both are a no in my opinion.

Of course it depends on the last name.
My brother named his daughter Sierra Christine. He chose to spell it like the mountain range because Ciara is similar to the name of a car

Ciara sounds like a prescription drug and Destiny sounds trashy and ghetto. I say go back to the drawing board!
