Sometimes the new wears off and people fall into a routine or a rut. You just have to constantly keep trying to improve your relationship. Communication and romance are very important. I am still in love with my husband but I strive everyday to make our relationship stronger.

I don't know why they say that maybe they mean there not crazy, lusty love, like they were when they first met. I have been married for 9 yrs and we've been together for 13yrs. We don't have sex 3 times a day like we did back then, but I love him even more now then when we met. So maybe thats what your friend means.

Hope I helped
