its not too bad probably about a year to two years depending on the person.. A+ > Network+ > MCP > Server 2003 managing > Server 2003 Infrastructure > MCSA > MCSE, best path to take, seeing how there is prerequisites to take your MCSA and you must take that before your MCSE
