Apart from Capricorn (which is wrong), the two most popular theories are that he was an Aries (notice his big temper tantrum in the temple!) and Virgo (he was so good at arguing that he must have had quite a bit of Libra in his chart, if so).
Personally I think he was a Leo.

if his real birthday is Dec 25 then he is a Capricorn. An Earth sign. Capricorns are said to be lazy, somehow I think I would be stoned to death if I said that in a different time.
But if one goes with the conspiracy that Jesus was not born in winter and was instead born in Spring, then he could be Pieces, Ares, Taurus or Gemini. Again, another stoning .

Jesus is a Capricorn without a doubt in my intellectual mind. Ya Capricorns. And how can he be a Pices if his B-day is Dec 25. Dec22-Jan 19 = Capricorn.
