also do supermarkets/grocery stores sell mechanical roll out kind of pencil eyeliner (i am just SICK of my pencil breaking in the sharpener, and i dont want to do liquid because of the danger of bacteria build up)

You can use Black or any other dark but what I think would look really pretty is plum which is a dark purplish color it would be so cute!!

if you wear black eyeliner it wont look gothic/emo or a corpse. It all depends on how you wear it. I have similar features and i use black eyeliner. it looks fine. i think covergirl has the rolling kind of pencil. some brand i think NYC (somethin) like that has the rolling kind. At sephora they have this big black pencil that is thick i think its benefit --works well!! same comp as bad girl mascara. good luck and just experiment. you never know how it'll look unless you try it. =)

Sure, you can use it. To tell you the truth, black eyeliner works best on just about any complexion, but you have to learn to use it well so you don't end up looking like you forgot to sleep the night before. Don't worry about the darkish circles but since you have them, just apply a little and it would boost your appearance a little. I use to use brown too, but it does nothing for me, Use black....it works.

Bacteria buildup isn't a problem if you replace it approximately every 3 months. If you have a darker complexion, it's easier to wear black eyeliner without looking emo. If you're nervous about it, go with a charcoal color to start and then move to a darker color.

i would suggest buying an under the eye lightener. you can even use a shade lighter that your normal foundation for it. dont be afraid to use balck eyeliner. the only reason that you would look goth or emo is because u smeared it or used it in excess. try it it works.<3

Use a black khol eyeliner pencil, these seem to work better(darker) and stay longer.

I use Rimmel London Exaggerate black eyeliner...it works WONDERS! And black eyeliner looks good on everyone if you put it on the right way. :)

Black is fine! If you want something a little less harsh, try plum, charcoal gray, or forest green - they're all beautiful colors!
