I've heard that Joe Francis is a rapist (and he was recently convicted in Arizona of having underage girls doing sexual acts in his videos - he's rich, and has good lawyers, otherwise he'd be in the joint doing hard time for making child porno)
A while back, Darnell Riley broke in to Joe Francis mansion, and sodomized him at gunpoint (possibly in retalliation for him abusing some woman that guy knew).
Also, Joe Francis has been charged with racketeering, drug possession and child pornography by the State of Florida (again, he beat the case because he's rich and has lots of lawyers)
