Maxie's baby?

How long do you think it would take Lucky and Elizabeth to figure out that Maxie isn't pregnant, and still faking it? It hasn't happen yet. Lucky wants her to put it up for adoption. I hope that Maxie makes a mistake by next month by slipping.
