The last one?

This will be my fathers last christmas as he has cancer and pulmonary fibrosis and is not expect to survive much longer. He is a wonderful man and I want this holiday to be special. Any ideas?
He is also a 14 yr heart transplant survivor and very active in organ donation and loves loves loves golf.

I am sorry for your loss. Take lots of pictures and give him lots of hugs and kisses. Those are the things you remember 20 years from now.
