Seems to be about 13/14 year olds that cause the most trouble in my neighbourhood.
I hate boredom being used as an excuse, as I have been bored at every age at one time or another,but don't cause trouble etc.

Yes, early teens. Children desperately wanting to be adults, who can't do adult things, but are too old to do childish things.

the age group that seems to be the biggest pain in the necks are from 14-18 year olds.

Yes i agree but times have changed, kids don't seem to have any imagination these days and don't know how to have fun and use their time doing interesting things, i do blame boredom a little, but as always you have to point the finger at the parents who allow their kids to wonder the streets and get into trouble !!.

i would have to say between the ages of 9-15. they are trying to find their independence, but too young to really do anything productive. so the only thing they can come up with is to cause trouble.
of course, some of the blame can be put on the way that their parents raised them. too many kids these days aren't taught the respect that my generation was taught.

12-17 is the age I would say is the most troublesome. They are opinionated yet don't have a clue about ****. I have a 13 yr old and the drama is unreal.

i totaly agree with you.im 18 now and when i think back to when i was 14 i cant remember ever being such a badass ***** as the kids in my school today.theyre cute when theyre small but they get annoying till theyre about 16/17

I've always thought, 9 and 10 year old boys are the WORST behaved. Everyone that I've ever known turns into a nightmare right about then.
