what is your thoughts on the war in the middle east?

George Bush is correct to topple dictatorships, because dictatorships cause terrorism. Fomenting democracy and freedom is very hard, but worthwhile. I haven't heard of a better plan, have you?

I think that we went in with every good intention. We thought that there were WMAs and we overthrew a dictator that had been terrorizing his people for way to long. I believe that we should try and pull out as soon as possible, but I realize that if we do that now, the terrorists would just sieze on our departure as that we were surrendering and then they would take over the country and turn it back into a Hussain-esque regime. I would love nothing more than to see our soldiers come home, but we still have work yet to do.

Yet, on the other side of the coin, how can you help people who don't know how to help themselves? We are there for a purpose, although that purpose sometimes grows foggy.

At the begining the war might have seemed like a good idea but as it proceded i think most of us can agree that the war has turned into one of George Bush's side project, and it shows how very stubborn he is. He'd rather keep sending our troops over there then admit that he was wrong.

I think it was then and is now a necessary evil, even though nobody thinks we should be over there I think we should because Iraq was an epicenter for terrorism, because Saddam Hussein would harbor them. And also we needed to get him out of power.

i think bush should bring our citizens back to the usa. i hear thousands of stories of people dieing and people from my state and all, and if thousands die in a small state ( Nh) than can u imagine ppl in cali, or tex?
