On abc, you can go to their website and watch the 4 latest shows online. Can you do that for other channels, like CW2, and FOX?

CW and MYNetworkTV do not air their shows online
For cable stations, it depends. Generally, if you go to the channel's official home page, there will either be a link to online video if they air shows online or no link if they don't, so if you're looking for a specific cable channel, go to that channel's website and look for a link.

NBC, CBS let you watch most of their shows. MTV and VH1 some of them. FOX doesn't yet but they need to get with the program. Right now NBC will let you watch the complete seasons of Heroes and Friday Night Lights.

The only other channel I know of that has full episodes, other than ABC, that you can download is NBC (nbc.com)
