I am going to assume your Mac files are Quicktime files. You'll see their icon displayed as a white film strip with a blue "Q" on it, and "movie" written below (if the icons appear too small to make out, open the info window of a file by highlighting it and typing "Apple-i").

You will need to do one of two things: add the free Quicktime Player to your PC, along with it's associated codecs, available here:

http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/win.html

- and/or -

Convert your QT files to .wmv files (Windows Media format), so they can be played on any Windoze machine that doesn't have the QT codecs. That might be a good idea regardless, especially if you want to upload it to your webiste: my advice would be to post both a .mov (Quicktime) and .wmv (Windows Media) version for each video.

To convert your video to Windows format, first make sure you have the latest version of Quicktime Player available at apple.com (I have 7.1.3). Now, download and install the free conversion software for Mac from Microsoft:

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/player/wmcomponents.mspx

This allows you to play Windows format stuff on your Mac in Quicktime, and, more importantly, allows you to export Quicktime .mov files to Windows Media format (.wmv). Open the video in Quicktime, then select File->Export... then select "Movie to Windows Media", and then save normally, i.e. name the file and save it somewhere in a folder or on your desktop. Just make sure you keep the ".wmv" file extension in the name.

Hope this helps.

If they're in quicktime, and you're saving them out, look for an option to "flatten media" or "flatten file" and make sure it's checked before saving. You'll need the Quicktime Player on Windows too.

Otherwise try saving to AVI format and bringing that over.
