Yes, go to the District court small claims division, ask for the paper work and fill it out and file it. When you file your suit be sure to include any court costs/fees. So don't just go for the $ 200.00 be sure to include all your losses.
Before you do this I would recommed that you sit down and be sure that your loss is only $ 200.00, calculate every thing.
If you end up in court with your action, be sure to take in all your paperwork, witnesses etc.... you are the one who has to prove the case, and it has to be a perponderance of the evidence, unlike criminal cases is beyond a reasonable doubt.

First of all why would you want to sue a company for only $200?? Well if you are wanting to sue, go to small claims courts, but unless its something that you or that person will win I wouldn't even think about. Its more money going to court than you are suing for.

You can sue anybody including a big company in Small Claims court for 200 or less. Chances are, when they get served and it shows you are asking for $200, they will just pay you because it will cost more to fly a represenative in to defend it. That is supposing they don't have a local represenative.
