i just found out it's twins @ almost six months what all can go wrong?

Why would it go wrong? I have 1 year-old twin boys (plus another 4 years-old boy) and they are great! For sure you are gonna get BIG! The risks are to deliver early, after 34 weeks its okay, before that, is so so...I got to 37 weeks (considered full term for twins) and had a pretty normal pregnancy and normal vaginal delivery too...the boys were sleeping tru the night at 3 months and are now walking and very sweet...You will get from now on frequent ultrasounds and more check ups than if it was only 1 baby...so if anything goes wrong they catch it quickly. Plus if you are already at 6 months and everything is good up to now...good chances are that the last 3 months are gonna go smoothly...

Congratulations! Twins are a lot of fun. I have four boys - my twins fall between the oldest and youngest. You will be fine. Yes, the work is double but so is the joy. Time goes so fast that before you know it thay will be entertaining themselves by playing together - they do not have to look for friends they will always have each other and that also helps them with confidence. As far as the pregnancy and delivery...as long as you are under doctor's care all will turn out fine. Also check with your local library as to a contact for Mothers of Twins clubs in your area. It is good to get advice from those who have already gone through it and you may find them to be a good support system.
Enjoy this time as you are carrying them...every moment is special.

My good friends sister just had twins. They are both a lot of fun...especially when they are together. You have nothing to fear. Medical advances have made it far enough that there is little to be worried about. Make sure you have someone that you can rely upon to help you out...especially when they are born and you actually have to worry about feeding them, keeping them warm, and just all the standard stuff.

That is so cool! My husband is a twin and there are a couple sets of twins in my family, so i really thought i had a good chance to have 'em, too. Didn't happen, twice.

Relax, women have twins all the time. There is a chance they will be born a little early, and they will probably be on the small side, but it'll be ok.
