i need help!! For Final Fantasy 12 gamers!!!?

ok so im doing the hunts and right now im looking for the carrot. i know the carrot is in salikawood but i dont know where!! that place is like a maze and there are so many different areas where it could be...can sum1 help??? where is the carrot!!!!?????

Carrot could be found in Salikawood, Sun-dappled Path. You shouldn't kill any monster before you see it.

Kirk's right, just make sure you either ride a chocobo (that's what I did) or sprint using R2, until you get to the sun-dappled path. If you kill ANYTHING in Salikawood, Carrot will not come out.
