Why do I have to work with stupid people?

My supervisor is an idiot and we all know more than this person. I don't get it.

All though life. Work,School, and situations you get to pick what pile of bull st** you want. There is some piles that are less then other but never none.

solution.....Work harder and kick your supervisor out of his position.
