first you need to have full header showing on your email,
so you can get the email 's ip number. then when you have written it down go to this page loc8ip.net.>>IP address to Geographical location lookup.
It will have your ip showing you then type the ip address that you are looking for and it will tell you where that ip is from country and town

You need the IP address of the server which through which the other person send it.
As a server can can be connected to an other one.... and everyone can connect to a server even in China when living in Canada...it's quite Impossible !

can't. an email can take many routes with in the internet. there is a free product called "sam spade" that can help you read the the email header to determine it's origins and how it was routed.
UPDATE: Email graphic traceroute: http://map.butterfat.net/emailroutemap/
may not be exactly what you want, but it sure is fun.

That is hard to say.
If you have an email address like @aol.com, or @mindspring.com.......You contact these service
providers and more likely they would have the person's name and address in their records.
People using a public computer that use an email address like,
@yahoo.com, @hotmail.com, @gmail.com....You are a bit out
of luck of that.
If the people you have problems with are doing something illegal or causing you such type of problems, your best option is to contact local authorities about it. file a complaint, etc. they with have their computer experts try to locate where this email is from because all computers have a different operating system number.
Also, is you have the money you can hire a specialized private detective and/or "computer expert" to trace it down for you.
I am sure others who are reading you question can answer with
either better info on this matter.

if you can PING the persons IP address, you can see how long it takes (seconds) and determine how far away they are.
if you have NO clue as to what i'm talking about...then talk to your company's computer guy..they'd know
