No you can't. If he cums in your mouth it will go to your stomach so it's not physically possible. You should google reproduction or read a book to make sure you fully understand how it all works before you have sex. Also make sure before you have sex that you realise it's possible for accidents to happen. I know someone that used a condom the first time she had sex but for some reason it didn't work (because the only 100% contraceptive is abstinence!) and she ended up a teenage mother. Don't do it if you're not ready for the consequences!

There is always the chance of pregnancy with any sexual interaction, but it would be unbelievably difficult for you to get pregnant that way. The sperm would have to get conveyed from your mouth to your vagina, without dying in the process, which would be very difficult. So, really, no, but technically, it could happen. It would be a freak occurrence.
