im 5'0 116lbs and i wear American Eagle, Abercrombie and Fitch, Anything in Nordstroms and Macys. i wear name brand stuff. some things are soo long. so i have to actualy try them on if its a new brand for me but i cant do that anymore since i live in germany. i say American Eagle is good. they have some called Petite. Macys has some jeans in there Misses department that u can try on. or Nordroms. if u have one. its called BP for misses.
Dont go to Aeropostale. there horrible. everything and all is for tall woman!!!

I'm tall..but I found that Sevens Jeans run rather short in length. Also, I don't know if I'd recommend Rock & Republic for someone that is short, only because they are SO long. I'm 5'7" and I had to take mine in to get hemmed. You're best bet would be to just try on several different brands. Nordstrom, I love the store, but I don't always see a wide selection of jeans in there. it may be that I am looking in the wrong place...who knows! Neimans carries a lot of jeans, and Dillards has been carrying a wide variety including True Religion. It also depends on how much you are willing to pay. In my opinion, jeans are a great investment. There are a few stores... like Banana Republic and The Limited... who will alter pants bought at regular price for free (or $10 for those on sale) and get them back to you a couple days later. These are great stores because the jeans still look professionally finished, but they can be the exact right length for you! Plus you don't have to worry about finding a short...
Oh, also, some pants in the petite department at Kohl's (if you have one in your area) come in "petite short"... and they are rather cute!

Abercrombie and fitch or Hollister have the best jeans for pettites.

I am very petite and wear Luck Brand Slim Fit jeans (available in short)... you can get these at the Buckle, Macy's or luckybrandjeans.com. These jeans are a bit expensive but are well worth the money!

i wear a size 0 or 1 in juniors and i got to kohls or jcpenney and get Angels brand jeans

express M11 in a SHORT
they are one of the very few stores that sell SHORT jeans.
all the other stores think everyone must be tall n skinny to fit in to jeans ;(
