Create a Guest account when you log out...password protect all the others.
If you want to see if they changed any of your files: remember when you logout..exact time and date.
When you log in at other time...files that have been changed got a time and date next to it...look at your windows explorer for example...if you see a date and time during your absence you know enough.

set up a password on ur xp account. tell no one. you wont have that problem unless u forget to log out everytime. otherwise get a Pc spy or a keylogger. cnet.com has several...try "free to try keyloggers" or " keyloggers"... or tucows.com
