Job was most likely written prior to Isaiah, as Job is not referenced in the other parts of the Bible as a contemporary of any other of the prophets.
Isaiah is a man who is able to be dated to his works based on the other prophetic books written.

Job. It is considered to be the oldest of the books of the Bible. Isaiah was written in the latter part of the existence of the kingdom of Israel.
