Yeah i think he will. Hes a quality manager and thats been proven by the fact that charlton have gone into freefall since he left. He will defo turn things around but having said that i reckon the hammers will be a mid table team under curbs. I also think pardew was treated disgracefully. A new chairman came in and blindly sacked him. I know results werent going his way but even alex ferguson and arsene wenger have had terrible runs but their chairmen kept the faith. The new west ham chairman knows nothing of how pardew turned that club around and got them back into the big time. For that he deserves a lot more patience than hes been shown. I hope he gets the charlton job coz he'll show what hes made of then.

Yes, he'll make telling changes in personnel and tactics.
The 1-0 victory over Man Utd, suggests that he has the ability to get the under-performing stars at Upton Park, to display their true prowess.

Without a doubt. Look what he did at Charlton, surely their current squad isn't as good as the current West Ham one.

Short term probably yes, that's usually the case when a new manager comes in. Over the stretch, not without some new players.

Yes he will, because if he left things as they are, then there would be no point in getting him in.
And yes they will go down!!
