It depends on where you are and where you are working.
We had an RN on site at an Assisted Living Community in Maryland and she made about $28 an hour. I believe the hospital paid more though.

You get paid for what you do, not just your license.

The hospitals I've worked in in NW Ohio and SE Michigan usually pay about $20-28/hr.
