A CeramicType Head,the Hat has 3" piece missing.Is there a way to make a PASTE to put on this area to fill?

There's a few materials that you can use. The best would be a plaster sold in small amounts at any craft store like Joannes Fabrics or even Walmarts. They are pretty cheap, only a few $. Paint over it with acrylic paint and seal. I already used clear nail polish as a sealer.
