See if you can locate a photograph of your mother in law and your husband while he was a child...copy it in black and white or sepia tone and try to enlarge it if you can at your local Wal-Mart, Target, Walgreen's...The Kodak Kiosk by the one hour photo is your best bet...a 4x6 normally can't be made larger than a 5x7 without losing resolution and becoming blurry...Find a nice frame that can be places on a desk or hung on the wall...pewter is always nice as well as gold or silver leaf...there are a great many wood frames out these days too...Matt it if you have to. Makes a great gift and floods the heart with happy memories...
Best wishes to you.

Honestly I would suggest giving her something that involves her Child...If she has everything, she can always appreciate that...like some professional photos with you and your boo (family photos) at one of those one day print out places (i.e. picture it studios)...then get a nice frame, maybe even a collage frame where you can set several of the prints. If not that one of those Visa/Master card, gift Cards are always nice...then she can select what she wants on her own.

Find out what her hobbies are and get her something pertaining to the hobby. You can also make her a personal care basket and put in all the little things that she likes (i.e her favorite snacks, food, movie, etc).
