Get a manual and do it right.

There are too many steps to explain it in this forum. A repair manual would be your best option. You will also need the manual with it being a DOHC to make sure you get the timing correct when you put it together. One other tip, Make sure you have masking tap and some way to organize your bolts and nuts while the head is being worked on. It’s amazing how quickly parts turn up missing while you’re waiting for the work to be completed. Use the masking tape to label all the hoses and wires that you remove from the head to make it easier to reinstall. Also pay attention to everything when you take it apart. If you do not have a good memory, take a picture of it before and after. It's a big job if you have never done it before. So make sure you have the information and a way to store the parts while the head is being worked on.

It should take a competent mechanic 3-4 hours to complete the job @ $80-$100+ an hr.
