I think I understand your question which seems to be a bit vague.
I think you are asking if there is a such thing say, for example, as a 34B in one cup and a 34C in the other contained within the same bra.
At the moment, it is theoretically possible but you would need to go to a prosthetic bra maker who would deal with patients recovering from surgery.
The other alternative is to buy a bra in the larger cup size and use what is known as a "chicken fillet" in the other cup to take up the extra space. These are usually gel filled prosthetics that are used to fill out bras and are so named for the fact that they resemble chicken fillets.
Otherwise, it is such a rare request, but an understandable one that you could look in to having your bras custom made which is going to be expensive.
Good luck.

I think that the asker is wondering because maybe she has one breat that is an "a" cup and one breast that is a "b" cup.... so she will need a bra with two different sized cups in it.
There are a couple of things that you can do: buy two of the same bras (just different cups obviously) and take it to your tailor. If you don't have one, you can find a tailor or good seamstress in the yellow pages. They can make it so that it works.
Another thing that you can do, is you can call the manufacturer directly (I think that Playtex may be your best bet because they produce and sell so many different bras) that someone on the phone may know if different styles for women like you (or the person that you are asking for on their behalf) than someone who is in a retail store that just knows of conventional brassires.
Good luck, I hope tht this helps a little bit.

Sorry, but you can't. Both cups are the same size. You should wear a bra that fits the larger breast, if necessary pad the smaller one with tissues of removable pads from another bra.
It may be possible to find a specialty store that could make you a bra with different cup sizes, but that would be extremely expensive. Probably $80 - $100 dollars each.
It is also possible for you to make your own bra. Just google bra sewing and you'll find a ton of sites that help you.

there was a company that was making bras you could get different sizes for each side(I saw it about a year or two ago), I cannot find them now though. Do a thorough search for it I'm sure you'll find them, otherwise use a soft-cup bra that will adjust for the two different sizes.
or get a bra in the larger size, and pad the smaller side to match.
also, get checked for breast cancer!

do you mean where your breasts are two different cup sizes? say left oneis D but right one is C for instance? I think you may have to have one specially made . Ask somewhere like the fitting department at a good lingerie store.

actually if the young lady is as most women are, having breasts that differ in cup sizes, when you go to get measured simply ask your fitter to adjust one bra strap to tighter or looser dependant on your needs.
It took a man to get that answer?
