I would contact MSN to see if it is legit.

Probably a phishing scam.
But contact MSN and check to see. But just don't reply to the e-mail. I would call them.

I wouldnt personally think it was real.
Think back to see how you could have entered this competition.
And contact them and ask them your self.
If it is not an email address like info@msn.com or similar it's probably a scam.
