You don't offer even a hint of what you do, so this is tough... but...
Many skilled professional positions may seem to be limited to one style or mode of business. This is not always the case.
For instance: Doing payroll for a +500 person company is pretty much the same from job to job. Doing payroll for a +500 person Circus is not.
Being one of 20 in an accounting department is sometimes boring. Being THE accountant for a smaller company can be downright exciting! (That's YOUR fanny out there on the line!)
You may find applications in other parts of the industry, working for more interesting companies or by making one of your ancillary activities your main one (a shift, if you will).
It may be time for some additional training, a change of scene, or a complete reevaluation of your career path. You won't necessarily throw everything out the window, and a lateral move to something fun is definitely worth it.
After all, until someone can PROVE reincarnation, you only get one shot at this life stuff. Make it a good one!
Best wishes!

study that Grameen bank, Mohammad Yunis just got a Nobel prize for it. The man is a Saint I think.
Some people need like 25 cents to buy a needle and thread to start a sewing business, they loan it to them, They pay it back with interest. Higher return than most loans too.

What do you want to do? Find what you love and start a new career. The money will come ... or you will find that it's not that important. Either way, you will be happier.

You must be good at it if you are making money.
Why not volunteer your time or services to people who can use it. At least you might feel good about it. Good luck!
