It is all so obvious: the one is uncle and the other is uncler.
First it might be unclear who is uncler, but then it clears up:
It is the one that is uncler who is actually the real uncle.
The other is just an ordinary uncle.
But the unclest of all is also the uncle of your sister (if you have any!!!)
