Now the way I'm going to say this might sound like I'm being sarcastic, but I'm not.
One of the best environments for your penis is either a girls mouth, anus, or vagina. If you are a healthy male, once inside of these environments, your penis will reach its optimal size, most likely.

nothing. other than coldness make it temporarily shrink into the bady for warmth until it becomes warmer environment again. if u live in a cold place your whole life then the testicles and penis will be retracted so much that they will sag less when u age. but if in extreme cold then erections will be smaller. all these effects are temporary
