This is a fun question. :D

One of my personal favorites is "Allerleirauh/All-kinds-of-fur/The Many Furred Creature". I don't know if anyone's heard of it before, but it's one of the less popular Grimm's fairy tales out there. But it's one of my top 5 fairy tales ever. :) The main character, the princess, is spunky, very clever and capable of handling herself without being desperate. Very cool.

I also like "The Brave Little Tailor" because he was also a smart, spunky thing who refused to let the man get him down and was always one step ahead. I love "The Six Swans" because it's a great story that shows you that hard work and persistence will pay off in the end despite the hardships you have to live through to get there.

I love "Little Briar-Rose" otherwise known as "Sleeping Beauty" because it's the one that leaves the most to your imagination, so you can take the story and run with it. :) Another little known one is "King Thrushbeard" but I love it as well because the princess gets a harsh enough dose of reality to wake her up and learns that not everything is what it seems. And I also love "Beauty and the Beast" :)

Whew! :D That was fun.

Well there was these two gay blokes met up....
(Just Kidding!). I like the Princess and the Pea. Not romantic, but it teaches a lot about people who are too fine to be normal.
