Im almost done with school Im supposed to be doing clinicals now my school faxed the doctors office the contract in which i was ok'd to do my clinicals at they have not faxed them back with a signature yet. this was the week i wanted to start but now its the end of the week and still nothing one of my teachers who's over our clinicals told me that if i dont start clinicals within two weeks i will be dropped from school i am supposed to graduate in february which means i only have now and January to finish what are some of the things i can ask and say to the doctor without being to harsh because im really pissed but i dont want to be mean how can i ask them why the hell they havnt faxed the contract back yet and let them know that i really need to start

Aproach it with the question of " do I need to find another location to do my clinicals?" Most likely it is just a processing error. It is cold and flu season so most every Dr.'s office is packed to the gils and I'm sure your form just got set asside and coverd up. So ask if you need to find another location, or was there some problem with your form that you need to correct. Do accuse or tell them what they need to do. Simply ask about thing that you could do to expidite the process. Like personaly transporting the form, etc.

Go up to the office and be polite. Ask if they have received it because your teacher hasn't received it back and if they need another form. Politely inform them that you have a deadline to meet in order to graduate so their assistance would be greatly appreciated. Today is friday girl get on the ball.
