Ask him things he likes to do, then talk about what you like. If he asks questions, or asks you about how whatever is going, then he probably likes you too. Smile and say hi whenever you see him even if it's just passing by. Talk about things you have in common, and ask him to tell stories about his weekend or trips he takes. If he talks to mostly you when there are other girls around, he probably likes you. He might say mean things to you, but if he smiles or laughs, then he's flirting with you. hope it helps

hmmm... at first just chat with him about minor things...if u dont know him personally its harder...if u do good... if u dont then just one day quickly ask for the time, he will look at his watch or cell phone and say nice watch or cell phone...if its a cell phone, ask him if has good service with his service provider, chat about yours..the next day say hello how are u, try that for a week or two, in these weeks chat about other things, eventually ask him if he minds going to lunch with u, do that for a few days, friendship builds, then hit him with it, "I have to say, I was always attracted to u but I didnt know ur were such a good man." it builds from there trust me the guy cant help but break a smile, if he does u know ur set...back to the watch thing...if its a watch then say nice watch and walk away...do the same thing as above...trust, im a guy and i know what will work with us...with u girls is a bit harder cause u like playing hard to get, but guys not really. First you must understand to always be yourself. I know we've heard it time and time again, but it is so true. Guys are emotional like ladies are they just don't show it and it takes different things to get that emotion out of them. Tell him you want to take him out to get to know him better and spend some time with. Find out his favorite sport and his team and go to the sports bar with him if you can tolerate the game. Find out his interests and capitalize on them as well as introduce him to the things you like. If he continues to take you on your offers, offers to take you out, answers your calls and calls you, you have a winner.
