They have sites out that will give you layouts premade and you just enter the info that you want to, or if you're talking about what content you want on it, put things like your interests, hobbies, dont be to specific about certain things like where you live, your whole name, like just your first, maybe middle name at most
the link I have has things like counters and such you can add if you want

Put weird stuff in there, like you eat frogs, and you have green hair. That will keep some of the freaks away:)
