Probably because her dad looked like a wealthy guy who'd pay for the wedding and bail you out of jail from time to time. Little did you know he's a cheap bastard, not to mention a COMMUNIST.
Now you're stuck with an ugly wife and a cheap father-in-law.
My advice is get your mother-in-law pregnant, then leave the country.

Sounds like you should hang out with your mother-in-law more. Not romantically but just as friends. You are lucky you think well of your mother in law because alot of couples want to strangle theirs. As your wife gets older, you might see more similarities between your mother in law and your wife.

Don't listen to the fat jokes mate, your not fat, people are just nasty, and everyone knows the camera adds weight. As far as beauty goes, its relative. You probably think your wife isn't as attractive as your mum in-law, but in actuality I'm sure she is quite lovely.
