womans birth control pills do not stop pms symptoms so you don't know what you are talking about. maybe it's all mental or maybe you're just kidding. You should seek some mental help or try going on some psychiatric meds. That may help.

Some people are born with male and female organs they may be really small though.

Try doing yoga or meditating. Or hide in your room when you are mean to your friend.
