I wouldn't buy it. There are so many accords around that you could find another one with nothing wrong with it for a decent price. You shouldn't buy a car with several things wrong with it and spend a crap load trying to fix it. Sometimes that works, but it would be cheaper to just get a different one.

If you are in doubt, don't purchase the vehicle. If you really want to buy it, have a reputable mechanic check it out and give his opinion on the neccessity of any repairs and the cost, and make your decision accordingly.

Seems to me the tranny is slipping, and that new tires and an alignment are in order. Might even be a bent wheel. At any rate, go ahead and pay a mechanic the $100 needed to check over the vehicle if you are truly interested. At the very least, you can use what you find out to negotiate a lower price.

The jerking, might be the tranny slipping or the timing belt. The "wabbling" it could be an under inflated tire, bent rim, damaged strut, lots of different things. I would say to have a mechanic check it over, and MAKE SURE to have him do a compression test on the engine.

Depending on the price range if you feel it's worth it, is up to you and only you. That car will still get a good 260,000 miles with regular maintenance.
