I think a lot of them perpetrate as though they're more than they are. There's so many who loose money so fast its crazy.

If you are talking about entertainment stars (actors, musicians, even star pro athletes) the top ones do get paid millions because they generate much more than that in revenue for the studios, record companies, and teams (think of how many millions of people go to their films, watch their shows, buy their music, attend their games and concerts, etc.)

But none of these kinds of stars are "billionaires." That's a whole different level of rich. Generally, you're not going to be a billionaire working for someone else - you need to be an owner/entrepreneur of a wildly successful business over a period of years, whether it's in technology, real estate, finance, manufacturing, etc. That's where most of the billionaires come from, although there are some in every field who are the leaders in their industry.

Yes, they really are rich. Everything they do, they get paid to do. This includes appearences at store, restaraunt, & club openings. I was a bartender at Club Paris in Orlando, and Paris Hilton had a $1million contract to make 4 appearences at her 2 clubs in 2005.. She made 1.

i don't really understand this question. why would you think they are lying? they aren't lying they make crazy amounts of money. not everyone can become a millionaire. you can try but you probably won't make it.
