What about trying the race equipment sellers? They have pattern ones for club racers that, with a bit of fettling, be good enough to use on road.
If its a grey import then contact a specialist who should be fit to source one from Japan.

The best people to as would be the people who make replacement pattern parts, have a look in the motor cycle news etc
